How To Set Smart Weight Loss Goals

Much of modern man has been living comfortable lives because internet and modern equipment enables man to do so much without moving hardly any muscle at all. Weight gain leading to obesity is pretty common because of unhealthy daily living and too much fatty/sugary diet intake.

Excessive fat tissue deposit and too much bad cholesterol results to people acquiring various heart problems and complications which include heart stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart ischemia. Weight loss therefore is one of the main tasks that an overweight person should perform if they want to live an active and happier life in this world.

The first thing to do when thinking about weight loss is to ask yourself if you are willing and able to change your lifestyle for the sake of your health. A half-baked decision on losing weight is never good and may backfire so make up your mind and go head on with your weight loss goals.

Once your mind is already fixed at having a simple, measurable, accurate, realistic and time-bounded weight loss goal such as “Lose 1-2 pounds per week” or “Burn 500-1000 calories every day”. Set goals that can be measured in just a short amount of time and keep tracking your weight loss progress so you can check if you are going the right way.

You can choose to make a diet plan of your own if you wish to burn at least a thousand calories per day. Take regular meals rich in carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables and cut back on too much fats and protein. Exercise vigorously for 30 minutes per day by jogging, jumping, walking, running, swimming, or hitting the gym.

Whatever mode of weight loss program you adopt for yourself, make sure that this is aligned to your goal and realistic enough so you stick to your plan more effectively. Create a daily schedule for your weight loss plan and stick it in the wall of your room so you can see it and be guided by it everyday.

What are you waiting for; acquire a healthier, slimmer and sexier lifestyle by following a Smart weight loss plan now.

About what weight should I be to fit in a juniors 9/10?

I’m trying to set a weight loss goal, and I’d like to fit into a size 9/10 jeans. I am 5’8″ and medium build. Are there any other women/girls around my height (5’6″-5’9″) who wear that size? How much do you weigh? Thanks!

To fit comfortably and have no buldge you should be around 135-145MAX
But then remember all items fit differently. If a pant has stretch or dosent it’s going to fit different.
